Cultural Dynamics Leadership Training

The CDLT’s mission is to train educators, and corporate/community leaders on cultural dynamics, and provide a forum for synthesis innovation and support through a registered, proactive, progressive, synergistic and hybrid environment.
Most of the sessions are on PA days.

The CDLT program is needed to support excellence and give people the tools that will mitigate institutional and personal biases so everyone can thrive and contribute their best to their communities.

Tools
The CDLT accomplishes its mission and vision with a free, fully sponsored, 7.5-hour interactive, in-person session.
This certified one-day program consists of speakers with diverse professional, ethnocultural, and community experience.
It will include a Q-and-A, current statistics, program evaluation, and associated surveys.
Follow-up will produce “best practices,” continuous improvement, and the opportunity to join our CDLT Community for optimal peer “best practices” exchange.
