Community means HBHAS partners with Halton and surrounding communities to celebrate diversity and culture.
We support building strong self-esteem through pride of culture and building awareness of our collective history.
Roots means HBHAS celebrates the rich Black History in our country by bringing awareness and education; to support and aid educators so that they can include the history in their curriculum and have the tools to do so and to provide a template for all cultures to share.
​Culture means we celebrate culture through showcasing spoken word, written word, Canadian music, and artists to the Halton constituency and beyond.
